1. Joy ethiopia tour and travel will entertain requests in connection with Tours and Safaris not limited to Bird watching , Trekking, Rafting, historical site visits, etc. from other Tour operators, Agencies and Private individuals.
2. up on confirmation of such Tours, payments will be effected as follows:
   1. 50% of the package Tour price advance payment through bank transfer 45 days prior to the commencement of the Tour.
   2. Final payment is within one month prior to Tour commencement.
   3. Unless there is a special arrangement where in the guests and/or their agents, by virtue of business affiliation, have entered into agreement to settle on arrival in US Dollars OR euro Cash or Travelers cheques, Joy ethiopia tour and travel reserves the right to reject failing to fulfill conditions under A and B above.
3. LIABILITY
   • Joy ethiopia tour and travel and its agents act only as agents of passengers in all matters relation to Hotel accommodation, Transport of Tour by Aircraft, Boat or any other means, and shall not be liable for injury, schedule change or delay, loss or damage a rising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever.
   • Joy ethiopia tour and travel liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by laws of Ethiopia, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the case of action arises.
   • Joy ethiopia tour and travel reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out any or all parts of the services agreed to be supplied and in any event of the exercise of such right the terms of clause (B) relating to Joy ethiopia tour and travel liability shall apply.
   • While every care is taken, Joy ethiopia tour and travel can not be held responsible for loss of or damage to baggage or other personal belongings.
4. CANCELLATIONS.
   In good faith, Joy ethiopia tour and travel will do all it can to accommodate the needs and interests of its clients. Nevertheless, Joy ethiopia tour and travel may be obliged to forfeit such needs and interests in view of its liability to a third party.

   HENCE:

   1. 25% of the charge will be deductible if Tour cancellation is advised one month in advance.
   2. 50% of the charge will be deductible for cancellation 15 days prior to Tour commencement.
   3. There is no refund whatsoever for last minute cancellation of less than a week prior to Tour commencement.
